Interested in becoming a trustee?
Off the Record is run by Deborah Kerpner and she has a dedicated team of counsellors and office staff. The Board of trustees supports them in the amazing work that they do.
There are currently seven trustees, but one will be retiring in March and so we are looking for three or four new trustees at this point in time.
Ideally, we are looking for trustees with experience of:
- Counselling and young people’s mental health more generally,
- Finance – we are looking for someone who would like to chair our Business sub-committee, as the person who has been doing that is moving over to chair our management sub-committee,
- IT and / or data protection and cyber security,
- Digital marketing, as we would like to increase our online presence and also improve our communications.
I have only recently been appointed as Chair of Off the Record, but already I know that it is a real privilege to be part of a charity that helps so many young lives. If you think that you might also want to be part of this organisation, we would love to hear from you.
