Richmond upon Thames Voluntary Fund is a charitable trust, independent from the Council, set up to give the local residents the opportunity to donate to local organisations who make a difference to the lives of vulnerable people in Richmond upon Thames. Every year the Voluntary Fund selects which vulnerable group to support. The Fund launched at the start of Children’s Mental Health Week 2020 having selected Off The Record Twickenham as one their charity beneficiaries.
