Service Update

  • Sexual Health Clinic is open Mondays 3-5pm for drop-in for under 18 year olds. In case of closure phone 0333 300 2100 for information. See clinic details
  • Face to face counselling and drop-in services are temporarily closed.
  • Counselling enquiries – if you would like a one-off chat with a counsellor please email counselling@otrtwickenham.com with your name, age, postcode (e.g. TW1) and contact details. We will arrange for someone to contact you. See links below for online resources and support.
  • Waiting list – if you would like to join our waiting list for regular counselling sessions, please email counselling@otrtwickenham.com and we will contact you when our waiting list re-opens.
  • Current & Waiting List clients – we are offering online/phone counselling where possible to current clients, and are contacting people on our waiting list as more online/phone counselling slots become available.
    For current clients not having phone/online counselling, slots will be held open so clients can resume counselling sessions at the same day/time when we reopen.
